Can I place an order on CASH ON DELIVERY?

Definitely Yes!!

How do I recognize products available on COD?

All items are available for COD as of now. Since the shipment cost that we pay on COD is very expensive, We shall be charging some amount for COD which may change from time to time. There is also some amount limit or cap on COD order.

How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order?

On payment page, select “Cash-on-Delivery”. After placing order

1. You will then receive a confirmation call to validate your purchase from the sale executive.

2. Your order will be processed and dispatched once it is confirmed.

3. You will be required to pay CASH to our delivery partner at the time of delivery of your order.

What are the shipping charges on products?

We charge some amount against shipping/delivery. Some times your order comes for free delivery also depending on the offer or coupons.

Where do we ship?

We’re sure we would soon be able to cover many more countries but we’ve started from India.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

The good news is that we stock everything with us and hence we attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs of receiving your order. Depending upon your location within India, it will take around than 5-7 days for your order to get delivered.

What will be the mode of delivery?

GAABA BY RAJKUMAR’S has partnered with Delhivery, Shiprocket etc. for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

Where are our stores located?

We’re available virtually/online anywhere you want us to be now. But Our Stores are exclusively available at Kolkata only.
